总结与展望通过加盐法,我们首次利用 CVD 合成了较大尺寸高质量 Cu9S5 二维单晶纳米片,并对其光电应用前景做了系统的论证。考虑到目前TMDCs 中 n 型材料占大多数而 p 型材料比较欠缺,这无疑是对p型材料做了有益的补充,也为 p-n 异质结光电探测器的发展提供了助力。另外,Cu2-xS(0<x<1)是具有庞大晶体结构(相)体系的 p 型半导体,它们随化学计量比(相)变化具有迥异的能带结构和物理性质。然而此体系在光电方面的研究还有所欠缺,我们也希望这个工作起到了抛砖引玉的作用。
